**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking someone who possesses strong admin support skills to join our team in order to provide ongoing support for day to day operational activities and assist with special project work. Utilising your exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a large range of activities including but not limited to reporting, preparing agreements and documentation and coordination of activities.

**What can you expect to be doing?**
- Accept and make phone calls on behalf of the senior leadership group.
- Coordinate and gatekeep the senior leaders daily schedule, acting as the point of contact between leaders, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Support with the development of policies and procedures
- Assist with project related compliance, metrics, coordination of activities and organisation of meetings as necessary.

**What do you need to bring?**
- Qualifications in Business Administration, or;
- Previous experience in high-level secretariat support, monitoring, report writing, presenting and reporting feedback.
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills across all levels of stakeholders.
- A passion for coordination and demonstrable proficiency in prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
