At Investa we’re looking for a sharp, organised, and tech-savvy** Team Assistant** to join us on a fixed-term contract, from **16 December 2024 to 24 October 2025**. This role provides essential administrative support to senior leaders in our Investment Management, Finance and Capital Transactions teams, and requires someone with hands-on experience as a TA within large teams. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver comprehensive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Handle corporate card reconciliations and assist with document execution processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide varied administrative support to teams, including creating and formatting documents and presentations, booking meetings, and coordinating room setups.
- Organise team events, including venue bookings and logistics for investor functions.
- Collaborate with other Assistants, manage purchase orders and invoices, and oversee onboarding processes for new employees.

**What You’ll Bring**
- At least 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn.
