We create really amazing consumer goods and are looking for an energized and proactive team member as we embark on exciting new projects in 2023.

This is a 3 day a week opportunity, being able to work a Friday is mandatory for this role however the other 2 days each week we can be flexible with.

We will provide training on the job training to anyone with a great can-do attitude who is passionate about perfect product, accuracy in their work and learning new systems (plus a love a good to-do list and ticking them off like no one’s business). You will also be an excellent communicator with outstanding attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

You will work across several divisions of our business and various brands as part of this position and complete a variety of different activities including:

- Coordinate new product releases and planning with our Operations, Brand and Content team.
- Providing a range of administrative support to our Operations Manager and Director.
- Liaise with team members regarding stock shipments, raw materials, allocation and inventory.
- Liaising with raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate raw material documentation externally and internally.
- Complete record keeping using a variety of systems to ensure we run smooth operationally.
- Share concepts and assist our director with bringing New Product Development (NPD) concepts or raw materials to life.

To be successful in this role, it is really important for you to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork and putting our customers at the priority of everything we do is paramount. You also must be an attention to detail superstar and enjoy learning new things and systems (including being able to use excel comfortably). This is not the role for someone who likes repetition, you really need to love having lots of things going on at once both short and long term.

You will be required to be in the office 8.00am - 4.30pm on a Friday plus two additional days each week (we are unable to be flexible on the Friday however you can elect the other two days). We will happily also consider university students who require a flexible schedule however being available to work the Friday is unable to be negotiated due to our business needs.

This position is located at Silverwater - street parking is available (public transport can be tricky depending on where you are based in Sydney, we encourage you to check if our location is suitable for you).

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
