**Job Title: Deputy Theatre Manager**

**Location: Bella Vista, NSW**

**Hours: Permanent Full Time**

**Salary:$126 - $132k per annum (based on 40hr week)**

Our client, a leading theatre in the Bella Vista area, NSW, is seeking an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to join their team. As a recruitment agency, we are proud to be working with this client and assisting them in finding the best talent for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Theatre Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theatre, including managing staff, scheduling events, and maintaining the facility.
- Coordinating and managing event bookings, including liaising with performers, event organisers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of events.
- Ensuring the theatre is in compliance with health and safety regulations and managing risk assessments.
- Managing the theatre's budget and financial planning.
- Managing the theatre's marketing and public relations activities.
- Supporting the Theatre Manager in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and community partners.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in middle management within the perioperative services environment.
- Minimum of five years of experience in perioperative services (instruments/circulating nurse roles).
- Post graduate certificate qualification in perioperative speciality.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated change management utilising excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability of the use of WEBPAS (patient management system).
- Proven understanding of Quality and HR systems and relevant policies and procedures.
