**Your Impact**

Reporting into the Group Head of EHS Governance, Systems & Assurance, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Training Manager who will be responsible for defining training requirements for Environment, Safety and Wellbeing (ESW) for all areas of the business including manufacturing (beer, non-alcoholic beverages), warehousing and logistics, craft brewery, coffee roastery, commercial and sales, hospitality.

**Key responsibilities**
- Define ESW training needs/requirements for all areas/positions of the business including induction, onboarding, compliance training and competency
- Develop courses in-house and review new and existing ESW training material to achieve improved learning outcomes
- Drive and coordinate the continuous improvement of training offering, including material, delivery methods and assessment criteria and styles
- Facilitate centrally delivered ESW training; offer coaching and support for site-based delivery of ESW training and uplift training capabilities where identified
- Develop packages to complement understanding of EHS Management Systems requirements (E.g. Lock out/Tag out, Permit to Work, Risk Management, Incident Management, Injury Management, Critical Risk Management)

**About You**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 3-5 years’ experience within medium to large organisation in the ESW and/or training function
- Experience working in FMCG operations, other manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or commercial sales is desirable
- Technical competency in Articulate 360 (or similar) is strongly preferred.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Formal qualifications in environment, health and/or safety is preferred
- Exposure to Environment, Health & Safety Federal, State and local regulations
- Proven track record in the development of training packages, preferably for safety-related content
- Confident communicator along with solid stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver in a dynamic, fast paced environment
