Absolute Health & Performance Group is looking for those that have a passion for the industry, and can bring high levels of customer service in every contact made.

Providing specialised personal training, and full clinical rehabilitation services with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Sports Physicians, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Performance Coaches, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists,Absolute aims to bring the highest quality of patient care to Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

We are looking to find the right person to join our exceptional and collaborative sports medicine, coaching and customer care team on a casual basis, with opportunity to grow into a permanent role with part time or full time hours in future.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with a professional approach to customer care, a good understanding of Excel and MS Office products; great numerical and literacy skills; high attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and a healthy outlook. This role would suit someone building on their customer service career.

Based at front of house reception, you will be meeting and greeting our clients in person with a smile and on the phone with a friendly and welcoming approach. You will be providing support to our clinicians, assisting clients to find the right clinician, focusing on administration, social media assistance, and other tasks to help grow the business.

This varied role will suit someone who loves to keep busy, develop professionally, multi-task, and be part of a unique, best in field, energetic team.

- Experience in using online booking and payment systems such as MindBody and clinic to cloud

- Available to work a flexible schedule during the week
- Health and fitness industry experience ideal

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
