**Key Responsibilities**
- Contacting and qualifying new lead opportunities for our Franchise Development Department.
- Booking and coordinating Discovery Day Tours.
- Working closely with the Franchise Development team to ensure the quality and quantity of lead flow.
- Working closing with our key Franchise Development vendors
- Learning about each one of our franchises and departments within the company
- Lead, train and coach the franchise development team
- Streamline and optimise franchise development processes
- Work with brokers and vendors to maximise franchise sale opportunities
- Work closely with RVP's to ensure quality leadflow.

**Qualifications**

Specific qualifications for this business development role include:

- Mandatory Qualification - Bachelor of Business
- Minimum 3 years in Franchise Development Management
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Broker relationships.
- Previous call centre experience strongly preferred.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
- An enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplish objectives, opportunistic.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required.
