Are you a seasoned residential Senior Property Manager or Department Head looking to transition into a corporate role with a focus on working with franchisees? You cannot go past this incredible opportunity.

Our client is a household name in real estate and are one of the largest franchise groups in Australia.

They are now seeking an exceptional Property Management professional to fulfil the role of Franchise Relationship Manager for Property Management in their corporate team.


Based out of their corporate head office in Sydney your key mandate in this role will be to work with franchisees throughout Sydney and metro areas and consult to them directly on best practice in residential property management and business development and to drive and assist in the implementation of a game changoing tech/operating solution.


The Position
In the role of Franchise Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organise and attend meetings with franchisees and their Property Management teams to gain an understanding of their business goals
  • Support the roll out and implementation of the new operating technology
  • Monitor the development and implementation of a business plan and action plan for each franchise business
  • Mentor Principals to ensure that they are fully utilising the new platform within their business and develop training resources in line with identified strategies
  • Achieve increased property management business performance and or wealth opportunity for Principals
  • Monitor agency activity and work with any 'at risk' clients to identify areas of their business that can be better developed
  • Maintain an awareness of competitive activity and competitor profiles
  • Ensure attendance and participation in all training session deliveries
  • Travel across metro Sydney and regional NSW
(and occassionally interstate) required

The Person

  • A stellar background in residential real estate property management (minimum of 57 years' experience)
  • Current real estate qualification
  • Ability to deliver business planning and coaching to franchises
  • A strong commercial acumen, be performanceorientated and have a strategicthinking capacity
  • A positive and proactive approach and the ability to build quality longterm relationships
  • Strong initiative to improve the practice of Property Management and have the ability to implement them into Property Management teams
  • A solid understanding of tech and client workflows
  • A strong understanding of and experience in growing rent rolls
  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence and persuade and build strong relationships
