**The Role**

This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptional, high-performing sales team. Reporting to the MD you will implement Uniworld’s sales strategy with Key Account s and Consortia partners, managing and implementing strategic partnership plans. Thro ugh your deep industry expertise you will cultivate relationships with industry trade partners and consumers across Australia.

***Requirements**:

- Previous knowledge and experience of selling luxury travel, with innovative ideas on persuasive relationship building and sales development techniques
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to deliver effective presentations prepared with the audience in mind, engage as a trustworthy and knowledgeable trainer, and represent the company effectively and professionally at conferences and other external events
- Ability to develop detailed sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals, proactively create effective sales call plans, productively work systematically and efficiently and manage business development time
- Possess tact, diplomacy and an understanding of business confidentiality
- A team player with the ability to work unsupervised and support the company values
- Able to support change, encourage innovation and new ideas, handle pressure, adjust to meet changing needs, and handle conflict effectively
- Puts n etwork ing & client relationship building as a priority
- Demonstrates flexibility whilst being results focused
