We are in search of an administrator extraordinaire to join our People Team to coordinate and provide administrative support.

**About the Role**

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.

This exciting role is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in Human Resources, or to develop their knowledge in project work for the People Team.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Demonstrate your ability to provide a high level of customer service and work effectively with a culturally diverse range of staff;
- Show an understanding of Human Resources and Learning and Development practices;
- Demonstrate strong skills in data entry, the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills, and ability to type a minimum 30 words per minute;
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, written communication, organisational and administration skills;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maturity;
- Demonstrate experience working in a high-pressure environment; and
- Demonstrate your ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting tasks.

It is desirable that you also:

- Demonstrate your experience with understanding of learning management systems and processes;
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, HR, Administration or a related field.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
