Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management within the broader COO team, you will join a team that collaborates across our ecosystem and supports our distribution of home loans and car loans. The objective of the COO function is to drive the culture, strategy and execution of the Personal Banking division.

**About the role**

From a strategic perspective, the role has significant breadth, with responsibilities ranging from driving operating rhythms, communicating to stakeholders across all levels, overseeing reporting and insights for our executive team, optimising business governance as well as creating and delivering on change initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in a variety of projects with a wide range of stakeholders to drive change.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Capability to draw insights from data with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, ability to manage competing priorities to maintain our agility.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to inspire change by translating insights to stakeholders in an engaging, easily consumable way.
- High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial and business analysis.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and curiosity, including an ability to work both independently and collaboratively balancing a strong bias to action with a strategic mindset.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to challenge, uplift or add value to our processes and ways of working.
