**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Workforce Planning team as part of the People and Culture Directorate provides strategic advice and input into the development and implementation of staff establishment, workforce programs, project reforms and key workforce related strategies and policies to support NSW Ambulance. The primary purpose of the position is to work alongside relevant stakeholders to operationalize and deliver the changes required to meet the NSW Ambulance Workforce Strategy within agreed timeframes and budget.

As a team, the Manager Workforce Strategy Implementation, Manager Workforce Strategy and Planning and the Manager Workforce Analytics and Reporting, are responsible for the development of workforce strategies and plans, the implementation of these strategies and plans, and the analysis and reporting on their expected outcomes. This position is temporary full time for twelve (12) months with possible extension.
