This role is a senior leader within the Workforce People and Culture Directorate and as such, the incumbent is expected to model behaviours aligned to the values of the organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, Empowerment (CORE) and Safety, Agility, Fairness, Excellence, and Resource Effectiveness (SAFER).

**Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.**

**Selection Criteria to be Addressed**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or Organisational Development or other relevant business degree and/or extensive experience in organisational development and diversity and inclusion and/or workforce planning within a large complex and diverse service industry organisation.
- Demonstrated experience and success in developing organisational strategies and frameworks relating to leadership development, culture and change management, talent management and acquisition and diversity and inclusion, including Aboriginal workforce and culture.
- Demonstrated, extensive experience designing, managing and delivering workforce projects and initiatives including the ability to monitor, analyse and evaluate systems and KPI targets sets.
- Proven ability to maintain a motivated, innovative and flexible demeanour including ability to manage time, a broad workload, to lead a team, and a demonstrated understanding of the policies, legislations and accountabilities associated with the role.
- Excellent capability to consult and to develop and maintain good rapport with a wide range of stakeholders including, staff, clinicians, the executive and other staff within the WPC Directorate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, briefs, submissions and planning documents, and to present material confidently and competently to senior audiences.
