Norco are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our team at our Stock feed manufacturing Mill in Lismore, NSW.

The key responsibility of this position is to provide high quality maintenance and repairs to equipment throughout the plant, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance to achieve targeted production levels.

This role is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on a Day/Afternoon roster and able to respond to calls outside business hours from time to time.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern
- Be available for some weekend work
- Machine maintenance and fault finding experience
- Steel fabrication and welding experience
- A pro-active and diligent attitude
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with packaging machinery
- Maintaining and promoting a strong safety focus

***Desirable skills for the role are**:

- A Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting and Machining
- Experience with machine installations
- Pneumatics experience
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of stockfeed manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
- Feed mill manufacturing experience
- Working at Heights Tickets
- Confined Space Tickets
