- We are in search of an experienced **Continuous Improvement Manager** to take charge of operational enhancement initiatives for our customer sites located in **Truganina and Laverton**, Victoria. This pivotal role is designed for someone keen on making a significant impact on operational improvements and efficiencies at a site-specific level, with the opportunity to also engage in wider ANZ/APAC initiatives as needed.

**Role Oveview**:

- In this position, you will be at the forefront of implementing and managing continuous improvement programs targeted at enhancing operational performance across our Victorian sites. The role demands a strategic approach to driving business benefits, utilising tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, efficiency management, and the promotion of a practical Continuous Improvement culture across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives, focusing on elevating operational standards and efficiencies at the Truganina and Laverton sites
- Work closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement ANZ to ensure site-specific actions align with broader strategic objectives, maintaining a balance between local and regional improvement efforts
- Drive enhancements in labour and equipment management, achieve operating cost reductions, and establish sustainable workplace organisation practices
- Cultivate a Continuous Improvement culture within the sites, encouraging teams to identify and pursue improvement opportunities actively

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies - Lean (preferred) and Six Sigma certification would be an advantage
- 2+ years of leadership experience in logistics operations, including managing site-specific P&L responsibilities
- Proven capability in managing site-specific improvement projects from initiation to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of operating independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and open to travel as required for project work
