**The Position**
- Position Title: Project Officer Regional Community Platform - Bendigo Health
- Classification: dependant on discipline
- Salary per hour (exc. super): dependant on applicant
- Hours per fortnight: 80
- Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time till September 2023
- Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Role Description**
- Bendigo Health Allied Health, Continuing Care and Community Services have commenced implementing a community solution using the current Enterprise Content Management technology. The system will support client management including triage, and service delivery in a number of diverse services. The solution will deliver live information dashboards and automated workflows within the system. This system will be integrated with the DMR and EMR projects to share content, data and documents to ensure a seamless user experience.
- The project officer plays a vital role in coordinating all areas in the local implementation of the Regional Care Coordination Platform (RCP). They collaborate with and are support the Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS) RCP Project team in order to lead effective change in the organisation. They are directed and governed by the local executive sponsor and governance committee across the phases of implementation; discovery, design, configuration, testing and go-live. The project lofficer will also support teams who are already using the RCP as required. They also lead an internal RCP working group of champions, who develop expertise in using RCP through their experience in the project and in turn transfer that knowledge back to end users (Change Management).

**The Team**
- The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
