Key Account Manager
We have two exciting new roles within our dedicated foodservice team. We are seeking two driven Key Account Managers who will be responsible for driving Bega Group’s market leading brand portfolio in two of our thriving channels.- Channel one
- Quick service restaurants, hotels, restaurants, cafes- Channel two
- Aged Care, Hospitals and Caterers
The successful applicants will have a proven track record driving growth in Foodservice. You will nurture and grow existing relationships, identifying gaps and providing world class customer service. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, fostering new relationships and showcasing our diverse product portfolio at every opportunity You will be supported by the greater sales team to dream big, innovate and deliver results.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage major accounts
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong working relationships with key customers- Actively network and engage with new business prospects to deliver sustainable sales growth and deliver on budgeted expectations- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the customers in relevant sales campaigns- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching- Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs
About you- Strong foundation in frontline Sales, Customer and / or Commercial Support roles with managing complex customer engagement.- Understanding of FMCG and key promotional mechanics.- Familiarity with commercial business drivers and metrics that assess. revenue, profit, brand value, return on investment and cost of goods sold.- Working in a collaborative environment and being autonomous (effectively managing own time and resources).- Technology savvy, analytical and process orientation
