**The Role**:
Our client is a progressive Global Entertainment & Technology business that is at the forefront of their industry. Well known for having a fantastic culture, great benefits and a welcoming office space, our client is seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist to join their vibrant team on a 12mth Fix-term contract basis.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor regulatory changes to ensure advertising and promotional content is compliant
- Conduct periodic reviews and controls testing
- Undertake reviews of SQL scripts
- Ensure the compliance framework is aligned with State and Federal obligations
- Rollout ongoing targeted compliance training to Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams
- Provide reporting on performance and scalability of advertising campaigns
- 3+ years experience working in compliance
- Experience in control advisory, assurance or audit
- An eagerness to learn or passion for the marketing and advertising industry
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced vibrant office environment
