**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. The **Manager, Marketing & Engagement - Employer & Stakeholder** is responsible for developing and delivering an effective program of marketing activity that ultimately converts, keeps and grows the value of members via major influencer groups.

In this role, you will business partner with internal stakeholders and lead the development of programs and activities to meet customer needs, deliver on marketing strategies and achieve business objectives. Retention is the primary focus, along with achieving growth penetration from existing employer and stakeholder relationships.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Extensive experience developing B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies to support retention and growth penetration
- Demonstrated ability to drive marketing effectiveness and embed rigorous measurement frameworks for marketing KPIs, calculating ROI and delivering forecast updates.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across an organisation.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to deliver within a changing environment and developing strategies.
- Knowledge of/or the ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of the superannuation industry, including legislation, regulations and market trends.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Marketing, PR, Communications or equivalent)
