About the role

The Credit Card and Personal Lending Tribe (CCPL) is seeking a talented Change and Commercialisation Journey Expert to lead the Credit Card Engagement space (Grow).

CCPL contributes to the Australian Retail strategy by making ANZ the best way to pay and borrow.

This role will be in the Change and Commercialisation Chapter with the goal to support the tribe in all aspects of Customer Lifecycle Management: Strategy and New Propositions, On-Boarding, Engagement and growth, Loyalty, Product Management support, and managing attrition.

As a Change and Commercialisation JE in the Grow Cluster you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Consumer Credit Cards Customer Engagement function, relating to campaigns aimed at onboarding customers, engaging & growing their existing behaviours, and retaining customers
Driving campaign strategy with the central data campaigns and marketing functions - championing cards strategy to ensure prioritisation
Overseeing day-to-day customer campaign management and co-ordination
Defining and managing the customer engagement strategy

**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

**Role Type**: 12-month Secondment/ Fixed-term, Full-time
