The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating all office functions and high level communication through the RHW Executive Unit. Responsibilities including diary management, for the executive team, Content Manager, preparation of committee agendas and minute taking whilst maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The position provides first line contact with external and internal stakeholders requesting access to the General Manager and demonstrates sound understanding and experience with confidentiality and meeting essential timelines.

**_Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing._**

**_ All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW._**

**_ Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations._**

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to provide high level secretarial support including diary management.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Content Manager.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of and commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated ability to determine priorities for self and others whilst ensuring timeframes for Executive office are achieved.
