OZL sells commercial lottery products such as Powerball and Oz Lotto as well as charity lottery products such as Mater Prize homes and Deaf Lottery, where a proportion of each ticket sold goes back to the charity or Government.

**What will you be doing?**

As part of your role, you will:

- Project manage daily activities related to membership, benefits, and account management, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Craft and put in place tactics to heighten program engagement, employing targeted promotions and communications to encourage loyalty and increased spending.
- Analyse program data and market trends to enhance program offerings, customise experiences, and boost effectiveness including speaking with Members to get an understanding of how to improve the program.
- Project manage prize giveaways and produce content to amplify the program and our winners.
- Work across teams and with external partners to ensure integrated and seamless program execution.
- Oversee loyalty program messaging across various channels, maintaining brand consistency and engagement.
- Support commercial partner outreach developing proposals and ensuring the successful delivery of partner campaigns.
- Manage projects related to the loyalty program, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and goal-meeting completion.
- Maintain program compliance with legal standards, staying abreast of industry best practices to keep the program competitive.

Bring to this role:

- A background working in loyalty program management, CRM, campaign management or a related role.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable with creating content to promote the program and educate Members.
- A background working in managing cross-functional projects and working with external stakeholders.

**Salary**: $80,000 - $100,000+Super Depending on experience
