In this role you will be a key partner within the business to plan, develop and implement engaging and purposeful communications that helps Nestlé deliver impact.

We are looking for an exceptional and motivated Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team based in Rhodes, Sydney.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will be a key partner to plan, develop and execute communication activities that focus on internal audiences to build our reputation and culture within Oceania. Nestlé is committed to creating a sustainable future; if you have a passion for making a difference this role will give you an involvement in building our sustainability agenda.

**A day in the life of...**

In this role:

- You’ll support internal communication, developing and implementing our communications strategy and channels.
- You’ll develop Nestlé employees as advocates for our business, purpose and values, and continue to build culture
- You’ll source, create and develop engaging communication content that keeps our teams informed and engaged.
- You’ll bring online and face to face events and engagement activities to life.
- You’ll develop and manage internal online communication channels
- You’ll partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver internal communications plans.
- You’ll drive innovation and foster best practice use of communication tools and channels, being generous with your expertise.

**What will make you successful**

You’ll bring:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting and delivering communications strategies.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and engaging communications on a range of platforms.
- An interest in visual communication and the ability to create simple graphics and videos will be an advantage
- Results orientation, with the ability to prioritise rapidly, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- A knowledge of new and emerging communication technologies
- The ability to build and maintain a strong cross-functional network.
- A degree in communications or business related discipline
