**Claims Specialist**

Our client is a tech company that is at the forefront of transforming the smash repair industry. They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented and experienced Claims Specialist to join their team.

**Day to Day, You Will**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, customers, and repairers
- Take ownership of the end-to-end claims process, from lodgement to resolution
- Monitor and oversee the entire claim process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage daily recoveries, demands, and total losses, collaborating with partner assessors
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and requests promptly

**Who Are You?**
- Experience in the insurance industry, paired with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication
- Experience in the motor industry is preferable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong team player with the willingness to collaborate with diverse teams and engage with regional customers
