Bookkeeping role

1. Recording financial transactions - including sales, purchases, and payments, in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable - tracking invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure the accuracy of the organization's financial records.

3. Reconciling bank statements - verifying that the organization's records match its bank statements, and resolving any discrepancies.

4. Managing payroll - processing employee payroll, including calculating taxes, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of payroll transactions.

5. Producing financial reports - generating and providing financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to management and other stakeholders.

6. Assisting with tax preparation - working with the organization's tax advisor to ensure the accuracy of tax filings, and preparing necessary financial information and reports.

7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations - staying current on financial regulations and laws, and ensuring the organization's financial practices comply with all relevant regulations.

Administration role

1.Reception duties - greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.

2. Office management - ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized office environment.

3. Scheduling and coordinating events - scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and other events.

4. Data entry and management - updating and maintaining accurate student, staff, and other relevant information in the agency's database.

5. Record-keeping - maintaining accurate and organized records, including student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

6. Financial management - assisting with the preparation of budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling financial records.

7. Customer service - responding to inquiries from students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

8. Compliance - ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and assisting with the preparation of reports and other required documentation.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
