- We are a fast-paced, dynamic organisation with diversified business activities in superyacht operations, superyacht charter and sales brokerage, property development and broad investment activities. _
- Due to continued growth of the group, we are looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper with an eye for detail and a keen interest for financial systems and continuous improvement._
**_This is a permanent part time position, working approximately 3 days per week (we are flexible on what days / hours you work)_**
- This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, is a self-starter and can work and solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced environment._
- In this role, you will primarily be working within our superyacht operations and superyacht charter and sales brokerage businesses. You will have the support of a small, hard working and close-knit finance team._

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- _Bank and credit card transaction processing and reconciliation_
- _Maintaining superyacht expense tracking records including liaising with crew members_
- _AP, AR and payroll_
- _Assistance with end-or-month reconciliations and reporting_
- _Assisting with international payments and transfers_
- _Assisting with recurring tax compliance obligations including BAS preparation_
**_About you:_**
- _All round experienced bookkeeper with a common sense approach_
- _Ability to work and solve problems independently_
- _Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail_
- _Experience working with multiple currencies will be advantageous but not necessary_
- _Must have extensive experience with Xero and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Experience with ApprovalMax, Dext, Fathom, Employment Hero, HubSpot and/or Stripe will be a bonus_
- _Good people and communications skills_
- _Ability to prioritise workloads_
