People and Culture Business Partner

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Business Partner to join the team and play a crucial role in driving our HR strategy forward.
**_This will be a DIDO role, with a work schedule of 8 days on, 6 days off. Civeo will cover all of your accommodation cost’s during your rotation.

**About You**
To be successful, you will have proven HR Generalist expertise at the Business Partnering level in a medium to large organisation and be a Savvy HR professional who thrives in a fast-past environment and the confidence to influence and deliver your message to key stakeholders to achieve ‘win, win’ outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities -**
- Partner with the business to develop and deliver strategic people initiatives and organisational change. Including the analysis of trends and metrics in the P&C group to identify emerging issues and inform solutions, programs and policies.
- Lead in providing high quality, compliant and best practice industrial relations and employee relations services to the business.
- Coach and support leaders in your portfolio on day-today operational People matters, including how to manage risk, drive positive organisational behaviors and embed a high-performance culture across the business. (coaching, performance and conflict management).
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships with all internal clients and external stakeholders, including Client Representatives and key contacts to influence and drive decision making and create change
- Oversee or conduct investigations in accordance with Civeo policies and the applicable employment legislation.Assist the business to ensure compliance requirements are met as relevant to your area.
**Requirements -**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (ideally)
- Experience supporting Hospitality, Village Operations or Mining will be highly regarded
- Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions with mínimal direction and prioritise work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise bargaining is desirableAbility to work tactically to influence stakeholders to realise business objectives and appropriately manage risk.
