**Sales Consultant**
**Role Overview**:
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your success is directly linked to your hard work and determination? As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at Cube Corp Projects, you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential. You will be the face of our agency, guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying or selling their properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and exceptional customer service.
- **Property Sales**: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer clients up-to-date information.
- **Networking**: Actively network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and expand your client base.
- **Open Homes & Property Inspections**: Organize and conduct property inspections and open homes.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market activity.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Sydney’s real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid NSW Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
