**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated People & Culture Services Advisor to join our People Services team, at Able Australia.

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency and promoting a culture of excellence.

You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational human resources tasks including:

- Managing the People inbox as the first point of contact for all internal staff enquiries, providing sound advice across all aspects of the employment lifecycle, in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting the operational onboarding of new employees and certifying ongoing employee compliance requirements under NDIS and organisational policies
- Maintaining accurate HRIS employee records.
- Providing generalist HR advice including Award/Agreement interpretation, as required
- Building collaborative partnerships with managers to ensure they are well equipped to effectively manage their teams.
- Continuously reviewing and improving HR processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.

We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with experience interpreting Award/Agreement terms and conditions.
- Advanced organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight timeframes
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate collaborative approaches with a broad range of stakeholders
- High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated integrity and credibility, fosters open communication
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team and work exercising independence, judgement and initiative
- Excellent computer skills - experience using MS Office suite, HRIS, HR/Learning management systems and / or injury management systems highly desirable
- Working knowledge of the disability or health sector is advantageous, but not essential
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, desirable
