**About this opportunity**

At Viscount Pooling Systems we provide support to both internal & external customers for the national VPS network; which includes the four VPS wash sites, three 3PL sites, Woolworths, Aldi & VPS customers. You will coordinate with the VPS Operations team & VPS Sales team to ensure stocks are available as required. Organise transport services for stock movements around the national VPS network.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Liaise with transport providers to coordinate required transport services daily. Follow up on any variations to delivery times and liaises with all parties
- Point of contact for all concerns from wash sites & 3PL’s regarding customer requests & stock movements
- Assist customer investigations regarding crate reconciliation

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- A keen eye for detail
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Advanced SAP and Excel experience
- Multi-site management experience
- Stock control & pallet/crate reconciliation experience
- Experience with transport coordination & booking
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
