At our shop, we are committed to providing high quality maintenance and repair service to our customers. Our team has years of experience in the automotive industry and is fully qualified to handle a wide range of vehicle maintenance and services. We also prioritize customer satisfaction. We take the time to listen to our customers’ concerns and needs to provide the best solutions for their vehicles.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join out team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring, facilitating and overseeing the efficient functionality of our administrative office and workshop in good orderly manner. Reporting to the director and you will liaise with key stakeholders, manage workplace relationship and establish a strong rapport with Mugen Auto Workshop administrative and workshop staff, customers and contractors.

About the Role itself:

- Contributing to the planning and review of office and workshop services, and setting priorities and office and workshop service standards
- Allocating human resources, space and equipment
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- Managing records and accounts of the office
- Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolutions of problems
- Managing physical facilities and ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities as instructed

We are expecting that:

- You have at least a relevant diploma qualification and above, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in office and workshop service related
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
- Be able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayswater, WA 6053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
