**The Role and Business**
You will have the opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management company in Adelaide. This business is creative and strategic in its approach with a solid client focal point.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Specialist the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries from internal and external customers and contractors. You will also:
- Action and manage client requests for the resolution of property concerns and rectifying of building faults
- Lodge work requests
- Enter data and load job orders accurately

- Previous experience working within a customer service contact centre environment is highly advantageous
