**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting new role for a Network Team Lead to work as part of our Global Infrastructure and Operations team responsible for all aspects of our network environment. Reporting to the Global Network Manager, the primary focus of the role will be the management and development of the team and overseeing the deployment of new systems and processes. You will manage a team of engineers acting as a point of escalation as well as being the SME for a number of our core technologies.
- 2+ years experience in a team lead role within a 3rd line team or experience as a senior engineer with people management responsibilites
- Previous team management responsibilities including setting goals & objectives, managing workloads and deliverables, conducting performace appraisals
- Strong troubleshooting skills of complex network, system, and/or security problems.
- In-depth network experience especially in the implementation & support of multi-site LANS and WANs.
- Comprehensive experience of Cisco switching, Cisco Nexus 3k & 9k.
- CCNP or CCIE or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the firm
