**Chapter Lead - Workplace and Workforce Networks**

You will be part of the Workplace and Workforce Network connectivity crew - a team of highly motivated Network Platforms leaders, designers and engineers. Alongside our business, within our team and with our industry partners we are building a world-leading Network Platform enabler for the bank, people and employees

Your role as Product Owner of the Wireless Services squad will ensure end to end delivery of world class wireless services to CBA. You will help drive out our transformation agenda to deploy a new solution to across the entire network. The team will be responsible for design, build and run activities.

Responsibilities include;
- Define and lead the vision and roadmap for network products, outlining what needs to be delivered to achieve customer and business value.
- Provide thought leadership across a range of products, solutions and platforms to drive technology roadmaps and delivery teams.
- Maintain a healthy and prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues for the Squads
- Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed to
- Role model best practices and industry standards to inspire and ensure strategic practice development within teams or platforms.
- Take accountability and drive a learning focused culture including mentoring and up-skilling within own and adjacent teams and technologies.
- Guide multiple teams through complex troubleshooting activities.
- Make decisions on scope, solutions, and content, and connect with POs and other business unit stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Work with Chapter Leads and Squad members to ensure the Squad’s focus on prioritised items. Lead sprint planning, help build/refine user stories, and reprioritise the backlog as needed.
- Assist the squad in removing any blockers to their prioritised tasks.
- Strategic Initiatives: Take delivery ownership of key strategic initiatives to drive positive outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader direction and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and problem solving.
- Continuous Improvement: Role model continuous improvement and customer focus, driving squad effectiveness and agile maturity.

- Have proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and Ways of Working as a Product Owner
- Have proven knowledge and experience leading and managing commercial and licencing arrangements with Enterprise Networking Platforms offerings
- Facilitate, Support and drive optimisation across the squad
- Have highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
- Have Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.

- Create a culture focussed on accelerating the adoption of new and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated awareness of network and automation technologies
- Understanding of wireless technologies
