**About this role**:
Our client is a leader in supplying **premium residential indoor and outdoor European furniture**, they work with Australia’s leading interior designers and are featured in some of Australia’s most luxurious projects.
The **State Manager **will be based in their stunning inner suburb Showroom, working closely with both the retail and commercial sales teams.
If you have experience leading a sales team, a passion for premium brands and knowledge of the Architecture & Design industry, this role could be for you
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and retain a high-performing sales team
- Work with the team to meet/exceed the annual sales targets
- Empower the team through effective leadership, skills development and goal setting
- Meet/exceed own sales budget and agreed KPI’s and measures
- Deliver a client experience that aligns with a luxury brand
- Monitor the State sales P&L and adapt strategy and operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong Residential A&D Industry Connections
- 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred)
- An energetic, enthusiastic, initiating, and can-do approach
- Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor others
- Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place
- Experience managing a state or national sales team
- Experience in the A&D industry (preferred)
