We are looking for a human resource management professional who has highly developed organisation and stakeholder skills to coordinate important human resources functions and processes for our diverse organisation. Our organisation is a leader in gender equity and this role is pivotal to that success.

This role coordinates the work of an administrative team member and supports our managers in, and ensures best practice processes for:

- Recruitment and selection of staff to diverse job families,
- Appointment, onboarding, and induction,
- Employment contracts and variations, visa sponsorship and separations,
- Work health and safety and monitoring worker’s compensation,
- Maintaining data integrity in our Human Resource Management System (Aurion).

**About You**:
The role requires excellent organisation and coordination skills and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders. You will therefore have:

- Qualifications in human resource management and/or experience in human resource management and/or a related discipline.
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service and establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills; capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels and a team-oriented attitude
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage team members to ensure that tasks are completed, and team outcomes are delivered.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic work environment.
