SMAART has partnered with a national relocations company. Due to business expanding rapidly, they are looking for a
**Customer Service Consultant** to join the team.

The company offers different services for their clients who are in the process of moving, including removals, packing/unpacking, and storage.

As a consultant you will help their clients with any questions around placing orders or booking a mover. You may also make some outbound phone calls to update customers on their orders or quotes, and to get feedback on the services they received.

The small and friendly team will assure you settle into the role well with ongoing training and support, in their fun shared office in
**Zetland**. With this growing company there will be plenty opportunities for career growth in the future.

**About the position**:

- Full time permanent position
- $70,000 + super + performance bonus
- Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a full hour break, Monday-Friday
- Work 4 hours every other Saturday morning and take time in lieu when it suits you best
- Zetland (Sydney) location, fun shared office
- After a your first month of training you can work from home 2 days a week
- Ongoing training and support
- Fun and supportive team

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is naturally friendly, energetic and enjoys helping people
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail or hospitality would be great
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with computer systems or affinity with technology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Confident in negotiating decisions
