The People and Culture team at Western Health has a great opportunity for an energised and experienced professional to become an integral member and play a key role in our Recruitment Services team until January 2024 Full Time.

As Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for providing first point of contact recruitment advice and support to line managers. This varied and busy role will present opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will build strong relationships with line managers who will come to rely on and seek your valuable support and advice. Providing recruitment education to the portfolio you partner with will be another focus area and you will be well supported by the experienced People and Culture team.

Your keen eye for detail and general human resource understanding will be well utilised in the generation of employment contracts. Previous recruitment experience in a similar environment would be highly regarded, as will your strong interpersonal skills, and passion for continuous improvement.
