An exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead Victoria Legal Aid's (VLA) risk and compliance function. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, reporting to the Board and Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee to support them to meet the organisation's risk and compliance obligations.
- ** Full time, maximum term position up to 9 months**
- **This role is a parental leave replacement position**
- **Salary based on experience, range: $121,190 - $154,240 plus super**

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead VLA's risk and compliance function. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, reporting to the Board and Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee to support them to meet VLA's risk and compliance obligations.

**About you**:
- Experience in risk management and qualifications in public service governance, risk, auditing, law or compliance
- Strong analytical and writing skills to support the development of policies, reports, training workshop content, and in the provision of advice to stakeholders
- Well
- developed interpersonal and relationship building skills in order to collaborate with senior stakeholders in the organisation including the VLA Board
