An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented leader to manage our multidisciplinary clinic in East Victoria Park. The East Vic Park team is our largest in WA, currently led by Kathy and Chris Ziatas who will retire in 2023. Over the years, Kathy and Chris have grown the clinic to be highly regarded across the sector for delivering speech pathology, occupational therapy, behaviour support and physiotherapy. Well-established group therapy programs are delivered in metro Perth, as well as regional centres (Albany and Moora/Wongan).

**About the role**:
In this critical role you will take full accountability to lead a multidisciplinary, high functioning, collaborative team. Backed by a highly supportive ESA corporate team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business unit:
Lead, supervise and support the professional development of a large team of therapists, allied health assistants and customer care team members.

Develop/maintain a strong and positive tram culture within the business unit.

Support team members to implement ESA clinical practice and operating standards.

Contribute to the development of organisational strategy and best practice.

Deliver both clinical and financial results whilst meeting client expectations

Drive practice performance to meet and exceed business requirements and KPIs, such as client satisfaction and staff satisfaction;
Interdependent partnering with a strong client base and network of referrers

**About you**:
As a manager of allied health teams you will use your infectious enthusiasm and love for what you do to support, mentor and develop a team of multidisciplinary therapists and recent graduates.

Able to work autonomously and make decisions, you will be a skilled leader with strength and resilience to manage the complexity of multiple, and often competing tasks and priorities, along with exceptional communication skills to guide your team through change and growth.

You will have prior work experience in a commercial environment with a strong understanding of P&Ls and using data to drive decision making to help meet KPIs.

You will have the appropriate professional registrations, Working with children check, National Police check, First Aid, Driver's Licence & NDIS Worker Screening Check
