**Role Description/Criteria**

This is an ongoing FTE position with a two (2) year contract for the position of Deputy Principal.

This leadership position is full time combined with the roles of Leader of Learning & Teaching (Literacy & Mathematics) and Leader of Religious Education.

The successful applicant must be a strong team player who is able to demonstrate excellence and innovation in teaching and leadership.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of all children.

**Special Requirements**

The applicant **must**:

- have a commitment to Child Safety and a knowledge of Child Safety Standards
- demonstrate a commitment to the ethos and practice of the Catholic School
- demonstrate contemporary teaching and learning knowledge and practices
- have current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- have accreditation to teach Religious Education.
