What you'll be doing
- What We Need
- Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) within the Human Resources division in our Melbourne office. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver the end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

How We Work
- The TAP will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

- Ongoing, hands-on training and developmentRole Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.-
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP)-
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented and self-sufficient-
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.-
