ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is looking for an Events & Communication Expert for a 12month parental leave cover. You’ll primarily be responsible for maintaining all internal and external Broker and Adviser related events as well as assisting the National Wealth Sales Manager with all stream related collateral and communications.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintaining the Broker Events Calendar for all internal and external events where ING is represented
- Managing logistics and budget for the annual broker Roadshows, Sales Conference and Awards
- Ensuring all Wealth marketing and communications collateral, presentations and literature to support our sales staff are up-to-date and readily available
- Managing the distribution of merchandise and ensuring sufficient quantities are available in advance to support third party interactions and event attendance
- Manage third party distribution marketing expenses
- Actively contributing to employee engagement and supporting a high performance learning environment

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing events in a corporate/professional services industry. Experience in a compliance based or regulated industry like financial services is highly regarded.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with all stakeholders up to Exco level
- Ability to plan, manage multi deadlines, decisions and budgets under pressure
- A continuous improvement mindset with fresh thinking and new ideas, to keep taking ING events to the next level - as well as your own career
