This is an exciting opportunity to join Culture Amp's Legal team as a Data Privacy and AI Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising on data privacy aspects of the business, including product development, integrations, sub-processors, vendor engagement, and data subject access requests.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience at a highly regarded law firm, with a strong working knowledge of international data privacy regimes, including the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and EU AI Act. Experience with B2B, enterprise, and technology contracts, as well as data privacy and data protection aspects of product development laws, artificial intelligence, and data security, is also essential.

You will be responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on Artificial Intelligence Impact Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments tied to the development of new product features. Additionally, you will actively monitor and advise on privacy and artificial intelligence laws, update internal strategies, policies, and customer-facing collateral reflecting our privacy and AI posture, and participate in Data Governance Practice meetings.
