Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and administration? We are on the lookout for a skilled Admin/Accounts professional to join our dynamic team in a permanent part-time position

**Position**: Admin/Accounts Professional (Part-Time)

**Location**:Prestons NSW

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely payments while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Handle customer invoicing, track payments, and reconcile accounts. Chase outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- **General Administration**: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (Reconciliation is a plus).
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
