**About the Role**

Working within our Group Risk division, you’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation related to our Operational Risk Management Frameworks (ORMF) and supporting documentations.
As our Technical Writer, you’ll assess each individual situation to establish what the change is, how does it work, coordinate what is required and translate that technical information into user-friendly instructions while driving and fully owning the entire process.
**About you**
Having extensive technical writing expertise, you’re a highly skilled and extremely self-motivated individual - the type of person who loves to take ownership to drive an entire end to end process. Your attention to detail is always on point, and when it comes to relationship management skills, you’ve got this covered Yes, you can easily and effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels right across the company.
Ideally, we’d love it if you have previous banking experience, and the same can be said if your skills come from the Learning and Development and Business Analyst technical writing space. At the end of the day, you’ll join us with a ‘can do’ attitude, love working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and consider yourself a skilled technical writer, then we want to hear from you
