Job Overview

To provide Administrative support to managers in order to ensure a smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct Marketing Campaigns

Assist with Marketing Material

Manage the Customer Database

Answer and screen telephone calls

Preparing quotations and contracts for clients

Report and record any transactions relating to purchasing, costing and invoicing as required

Provide support to all staff including the General Manager, Finance Manager, Sales, Technical and Accounts

Experience.

Marketing and Administration experience

Strong computer skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Licenses.

Car License

Personal characteristics.

Outgoing personality

Works well under pressure

Customer Focused

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seven Hills, NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
