**We are seeking x2 highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR)**

Applyflow is a dynamic and fast-growing tech and digital agency based in Sydney. We specialise in the design and development of recruitment websites, corporate career sites, employee value proposition (EVP), job board technology, and digital marketing services as a SaaS business.

In this role as an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for the company. You will be working closely with our sales team and other departments to achieve our sales targets and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on potential customers and their needs to determine how Applyflow can best serve them.
- Schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads for the BDM team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously learn about new products and features to effectively communicate and sell Applyflow's solution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or business development role.
- Strong communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Results-driven mindset and a desire to exceed targets.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
