**The Role**

ALS Environmental’s laboratory in Springvale, Melbourne is a modern facility equipped with the latest in analytical technology. Our Client Services team works closely with customers in providing technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.

We are seeking a capable Administration professional with a background in a Science or related industry to join our team in this key facilitative role.

**The Day to Day**
- Providing administrative support to Client Service and Project Management teams
- Support for trade and promotional events, liaison with clients
- Preparation of quotations, assist in tender and expressions of interest (EOI) preparation
- Management of General Client Services inbox; receiving and directing phone calls
- Work orders, Invoices, data entry
- Organising client sample container orders
- Assisting Sample Receipt team with sample sorting and use of LIMS database
- Assisting Dispatch with outgoing orders; arranging courier collections and deliveries

**The Essentials**
- A clear client focus, with customer service experience and/or aptitude
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including in MS Office
- Organised, accurate, with an attention to detail
- Well-presented with a friendly team manner
- Adaptable and selfwithin a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to learn the business and grow in the role
