**_We’re seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our high performing Customer Service team_**

**About the Role**

Manningham Council is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to develop and implement a proactive, consistent and positive customer experience culture across the organisation, coordinate the customer service team, and drive innovative customer relations opportunities that will benefit our community.

This position will ensure quality, timely, responsive and respectful service to our community and be the voice of the customer for Manningham Council.
- Experience developing, leading and mentoring a high performing customer service team.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies, charters, procedures, standards and initiatives that provide benefit to the community.
- Experience driving IT transformation initiatives, achieving best practice Customer Service requirements that can be measured and transparent, and ensure strong change management processes for your team.
- Expert skills in problem solving, complaint management and conflict resolution.
- Experience in driving and fostering customer experience induction, training, advice and leadership across multiple levels of the organisation, along with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
